Apple Music not working on my family sharing plan
Has anyone ran into an issue with their Apple Music not working on a family shared plan? I’ve contacted Apple on several occasions and no one could help me with this issue.

Did you follow all these steps:
Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
Note in step 5 that you also have to setup Family Sharing in addition to getting an Apple Music Family subscription:
