I don’t have contact with the previous owners to my iPad do to them being my old neighbors so I moved different towns . I have no way of getting into my iPad because it has the activation lock on it and it has there email so there’s no way I can get into my ipad. Please help

The only thing you can do is try to find them. Without them, Activation Lock cannot be removed and the iPad becomes useless to you. No one can remove it besides the former owner.
