refund request

Has anyone ever had purchase problems where they received notification to update their payment information and yet purchases were made with another device? I had about $500 of unauthorized purchases yet only $2.11 was able to be refunded. Why only 1?

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Based on the information that you provide, Apple might provide a refund directly, refer you to the developer, require additional information, or might deny the refund request based on refund eligibility.


If your refund request does not meet the requirements for refund, you can read the Apple article provided below about their policy or you can also contact Apple Support so they can explain to you in detail why you refund request was denied.
