Paird devices and WiFi password did not remove after format the drive

I pressed cmd + R to enter the macOS Recovery system. I choose the hard drive and format it totally.

Reboot the laptop then plug the bootable USB stick and start formatting the hard drive with the new macOS.

I am shocked that paired mouse and keyboard are still connected to the laptop. And the WIFI is still connected to my SSID.

Is there another way to format everything and remove the paired bluetooth devices and WIFI password please?

Some things are stored in NVRAM so you can install from internet, and while using Bluetooth mice and keyboards. Installation would be difficult if Bluetooth devices disconnected and WiFi was lost when the hard drive is erased and the computer is rearted as part of the installation process. The restarting and disk erase means WiFi and Bluetooth pairing can'r be stored in RAM or on the disk, so they go into the NVRAM. Resetting NVRAM may get rid of some of these settings.
