My phone is iPhone XS, and my storage is 64.

my iPhone storage is full and 38 GB of my storage is other! I don’t understand what is the other

“Other” is not just junk, but all storage not otherwise included in the colored categories. It may include misc. files no longer in use, caches, previously streamed videos and music, etc. The easiest way of clearing Other is to Restart your device.
