Okay so when I go to my settings my name and iCloud is in gray and I cannot tap on it ? What do I do ? Recently my boyfriend hacked all my accts so I just need to know what to do to fix the issue

Screen Time restriction is active on your iPhone. That is why your name (Apple ID) in settings is not available to click.
If you are the administrator of Screen Time then open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes and set this to ALLOW.
