Iphone 11 display, Horizontal lines problem on screen. How can I solve this problem???

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not solve the issue then you have your iPhone examined at an Apple Store or an authorized repair center to ensure that the display is or is not failing.

Did you post the screenshot to show us the Horizontal Lines? I do not see any horizontal lines that should not be there.
Furthermore, if there is a display issue or other hardware issue then those "Horizontal Lines" will not show in a screenshot.
The Dark Horizontal Line that you are seeing in the bottom of the screen is normal. It is the bar that you swipe UP on to get back to home screen.

Already i had this
Suddenly come this kind of problem and few moments later had gone.
Someone said it’s update problem, next update Apple fixed it.
