12 months ago I joined the Apple Upgrade Program and I recently went to get the IPhone 11 Pro Max but after putting in my serial number and last 4 of the IMEI number it said I hadn’t registered. I have the receipt that said AppleCare upgrade program. Has anyone else had that problem.

It's an extended warranty.
