IPhone 11 Pro Massive Battery Drain

How in the world are these phones so costly when it does not deliver it’s worth? How is apple advertising these phones can give us a day's battery life when the capacity of mine has fallen to 95% in 40 days, with a massive battery drain? Last night I charged it up to 80% by 2:07AM and I woke up to 68% at 9:30AM. It’s getting worse day by day.

When I contacted support, the lady just Cooly said my phone is normal. You tell me if it’s normal after looking at these pics.

I remember my 4s dropping 1% on a 6 hour standby. My 11 pro dropped 12% on a 6 hour standby. Why would this phone cost $1000? Apple would not accept a replacement which I’m dead sure about.

how do I go about replacing ? I’ve paid a lot for this phone. This phone can’t go wrong for the next five years for what it’s worth.

Hello Jaysnip!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that the battery of the iPhone is not performing as expected. I understand how important it is to have the battery performing at its best.

Thank you for the great screenshots. In reviewing the app usage, there is one app which shows it's used 49% of the battery life over the last 24 hours. To be sure that the app is not running away with system resources, tap on System Resources as shown in the first screenshot. This will allow you to see how much time the apps have been in use. If the first app has only been used for a brief amount of time, I would recommend checking for any updates for that app, as well as for the iOS on your iPhone. This article will give you more information about the data shown: About the battery usage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If you find you make any changes to your iPhone, removing apps or changing settings, be sure to use it for 48 hours and check again to see if there is any improvement.

All the best
