about FCPX ProChapter 3D News tool

That is a PixelFilms Studio product. They are known for poor customer support. But you'd have to contact them so they can fix their own plugin. It sounds like a demo version, but if you purchased it, you need to contact their customer support directly. I don't see a customer support contact email on their site, but here's what they do offer.

You have to explain clearly what tool this is, what the problem is, your OS version, Final Cut Pro version... if possible, post screenshots...
