No icons when my iMac boots up

When the iMac turns on, there are no icons and I need to wait some seconds for them to appear, the dock and the launchpad don’t work either. After 20-30 seconds everyrhings becomes normal. It is the first time happening to me and it is not an old iMac, it is the 2017 model. Recently I deleted bootcamp and installed again in the same day. Did the bootcamp installation somehow affected my iMac? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.

There is also free Malwarebytes which may take care of it...
