Anyone one else having issues with Apple Pay + Apple Card + certain fast food apps?

Here is the story.

Had an iPhone 6s and was using it with Apple Pay and Apple Card. Used at the biggest fast food chains apps with no issue.

Then, I replaced my phone with the new iPhone 11, was happy that Apple transferred everything automatically from old phone to the new one just by connecting to iCloud.

But then, when I tried to use again on those fast food apps (BK and the golden arches), the payment was not accepted.

First time, I thought it was because I did the payment and was still far away from the store to pick up the food.

Second time, I left to process the payment when I reached the store, before going to the drive-thru.

Same issue, payment was not accepted.

The store says the payment did not show up on their systems.

Which I believe there must be an issue from Apple Pay passing the payment information to the app.

Last time this happened was Friday, April 24, 2020. Used the BK app to order some food and used the Apple Pay as payment method.

Payment didn't go through.

Went to McDonald's to get food for my son, choose the same payment method, no good.

If anyone else is having same issue (Apple Pay + Apple Card not being accepted after have replaced phone) please share your experiences.
