Notification Canceled message

How can I clear this message? I accidentally called 911, and now my phone is stuck.

You should be able to enter your passcode. If you cannot and the screen is frozen, follow these steps. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

Notification Canceled message I accidentally made an emergency call while on the phone with my husband. I quickly reversed and canceled the call but my phone now is stuck on a Notification Canceled screen. I can not even turn the device off. I can receive phone calls and ask Siri some things but the screen/phone is locked on this message page.
