Downloading apps problem

I just got an iPhone 7 yesterday, when I try to download any app, I get asked to Please enter your Apple ID and password to create an iTunes Store account from your existing Apple ID. When I enter my Apple ID it says this Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store. Then it says tap review To sign in, then review your account info. I have been going through this for two days. I NEED HELP PLEASE.
