Gift card

I have a gift card with a balance of $25, when I try redeeming it on the App Store or the ITunes Store, it won’t work, it says “invalid code” but when I enter the code online it works and says it has a balance of $25.... how do I redeem it on my acc?? Please help!

Unable to redeem apple gift card to my Apple account I just bought 100.00 everything apple gift card. I’m trying to add it to my apple account like I always do. I’m getting a message cannot redeem code the code entered is not valid. I scanned it and tried putting it in manually. Can anyone help me ?

Gift card balance not accepted I have a gift card with a balance of $10 left from $50. When I try to redeem the gift card to use the rest of the balance I’m told the code is incorrect and I cannot use the gift card. how do I use the last $10 on the gifts card?

This forum is for the "Apple Card" (Apple's credit card). Not for "Apple Gift" card issues/problems.
