sync my Ipods

unable to sync any of my I pods, computer say's I pod has been detected but can not identify properly?

I Pod Nano (July 2015) is not recognized by I Tunes Having a lot of trouble trying to get the Nano to be recognized by I Tunes. Using Windows 10, I Tunes is up to date, and Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed. I Tunes still gives a message saying it does not recognize the I Pod. I've kept everything updated and inputted, except for the I Pod, so therefore the device needs to be inputted and needs to be synced with my I Tunes account!
