Why won’t it let me share Minecraft for my child

I’m doing family share and have purchased this game for my son and it won’t let him download it with him having to pay for it when it says shareable

Can’t download Minecraft on new phone We have used Minecraft via family sharing for a couple of years with no problems. Today I tried to download it on a new phone and it says I need to pay for it again. I still have it installed on my old iPad (same Apple ID for the device and the App Store) and it still works fine. My wife (who originally bought it) can still download it for free. I’ve checked we’re still family sharing, and I can see it in her purchases when I look on my phone. What could be wrong?

Does the Minecraft app work with family sharing? I just bought Minecraft on my account. I have set up family sharing. I want to share this app with my daughter but the app isnt showing in de purchase tab in the app store. Is Minecraft working with family sharing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
