iTunes Errror

I was re-installed an itunes on my PC (Windows 10, 2019th edition), and after I lunched an app, it's shows like this picture, what should I do to fix it right?

Uninstall iTunes again. There is a specific six step process to uninstall it completely. Follow exactly the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204275

Then reinstall the latest version from https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201352

You can download the version from the Microsoft Store at the above link, suitable for Windows 10.
