Yes it does and I have an iPhone 8 Plus with 256 GB.

Interesting, since the comparison page I used from the Apple iPhone comparisons does not indicate a 256GB version.

The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus came with either 64 GB or 256 GB (there was no 128 GB version)

Could have been a change, and as the comparison page indicates, finding something now would be on authorized resellers that may have inventory, but the OP had an 8 Plus anyway.
