Apple Watch problem

My problem is that I paired my Apple Watch on my old phone and it was connected to my old iCloud and I forgot the password so now I want to pair it and it’s not allowing me and it need my old password and I can’t get in and also can’t pair it on my phone or use it

What if I don’t have the password to my Apple Watch because I got a new phone and forgot the password to it I have an Apple Watch and have forgotten the password to it. At the same time, I got a new phone, so when I started it up, I wasn’t signed into my Apple Watch account anymore. I don’t know what to do. Should I go to the Apple store for help? I can’t connect my Watch to my new iPhone i connected my apple watch to a phone that a later broke and replaced, my new phone uses a separate apple ID, i cannot remember my old password so i can’t connect my watch to my new phone, is there anything i can do to get around this? Pairing watch with new phone I broke my iPhone and had to get a new one. I couldn’t remember the password for my Apple account, I went through the 2 day process to reset it. I have new password and could log in now. But I was unable to pair my watch with the new phone because I don’t remember the password that was used to set it up originally

If you forgot your Apple ID – Apple Support

If you still can't get your password then the watch is of no use to you.
