Sharing and saving photos on a family sharing

My wife and I share iCloud storage space and are using family sharing for photos. If I save a photo to my device that she shares with me, will it count against our storage amount twice given she already has it saved in iCloud?

Again, the shared version of the image is not stored on your iCloud space.

Once it has been copied into the camera roll or a regular album, it is stored on your space.

Copies of photos in albums are not stored twice. the actual photo only exists on your camera roll. or the all photos album.

A photo in an album is just a reference to that photo on the camera roll.
