Home button of my iPhone isn’t working . But if I press it 3 to 4 times than iPhone opens all the minimized tabs or sometimes minimize the app. And Resting finger on Home button without clicking it enables the Siri.
My iPhone Home button isn’t damaged I think there’s a Software issue. Same problem was happened 1 yr ago. But then after 2 months, the problem was solved.

There isn't really a permanent solution to your problem while apple stores are closed due to COVID-19. When they reopen I recommend that you take your iPhone to the Genius Bar of an apple store.
However, in the meanwhile, you might want to activate Assistive Touch.
