Apple TV Login Issues:

Try the following, in the order provided.....


  • Power Off: your Apple TV for 30 seconds, then try this log in once more


  • Restart: your router


  • Try: another network, if an available option


  • Remove: the Apple ID login Information

Let’s start by identifying your Apple TV model - Apple Support.


If your model is 2nd or 3rd generation, and you have two-factor authentication for your Apple ID account, then you will have to enter that verification code together with the password in the same field.
