Cursor won't move to certain portion of the screen

I have a 2019 13" MacBook Pro. My cursor won't move past a certain point on my screen. It is as if there is an imaginary line about 2cm away from the left edge of my screen to block my cursor from moving past. I restarted my computer just this morning and it worked fine for about 6 hours but now I have this issue. I had a second display (iPad) connected to my Mac, could that have confused it as to where the edge of my screen is?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Yes.

Reboot and try again.

If necessary you can reset NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

If no resolve >System Preferences>Displays make some changes to resolution
