iPhone dropped in water

38 hours ago I dropped my iPhone 10 in the lake. We retrieved it after about 30 minutes. I immediately turned it off and put it in a bag of rice. I’ve read that before I turn it on I should take it to the Apple store and have them check it out. But obviously I can’t do that since you are all closed. Any suggestions?
