I can’t get Memojis on my iPad

I can’t get my emojis on my iPad, (there icon isn’t coming up) it said that it would have it in the description ( it is iOS 13). How do I get them?

Thank you but I am on a iPad Air. So there is no button to do that but thank you anyway. 😀
