My macbook pro is being mirrored with my iMac, i would like to use the iMac's isight camera instead of the macbooks while doing meetings.

You can contact Apple and make the suggestion at www.apple.com/feedback however as Target Display Mode is really a dead feature I wouldn't hold my breath.
it would be awesome though, will will have to setup an external webcam then.
