When I am talking into my phone it would be really easy to talk in a bullet point instead of having to stop and insert it. How do i talk a bullet point into my phone??

This is not a chat service. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. You need to type out a question describing your problem and any troubleshooting steps you have taken to fix it, and wait for one of the volunteer users to read it and one to answer it.

Are you referring to dictating into your phone? It would be really easy to answer if you were to describe what you are doing and what you want to do, exactly.
When you use the microphone to dictate into the phone you can say “quote” or “newline”. Is it possible to say bullet or something to have it insert a list and then stop the list.
