Nigerian Banks/Debit cards

Hello,

i would like to find out if the Nigerian Banks have finally sorted themselves out in relation to debit card payments?

The question was raised in 2017 and the response was that the banks needed to sort themselves out.

I would like to know what bank debit cards are accepted for payment on the app store?
