I think Im screwed.

I think im screwed: My phone was connected to the wifi but it had no internet access any time i would search something up nothing would happen even though it showed bars in the corner of my screen, So i looked up what to do, people said Disconnect your WiFi router for 10 minutes and then forget the network i did nothing happened, i forgot all network settings nothing happened and then I kept restarting my phone and turning the WiFi router on and off and nothing happened So even though this was the most annoying option i had to erase all content and reset settings so now My phone is reset and all my content is gone so i tried to connect to the wifi: its still not working i have pretty much run out of solutions here please help.

Hello there and thank you for posting your question here in Apple Support Communities! It looks like your phone might have a hardware problem. Did you drop it in water or otherwise damage it as of this problem’s occurrence? It might help to get in contact with Apple Support and see if they can help you out with your issue. More info on how to get in contact with Apple Support can be found here. Or, after this quarantine period is over you could take it in to the Apple Store so the geniuses can take a look at your iPhone and further examine it. Hope this helps and have a nice day!
