Backup Iphone to ICloud Without Wifi

I have an Iphone 8 and my wifi is greyed out. I have tried to reset network and everything and it still is greyed out. I have a windows and I am trying to backup my iphone to icloud but I cant because I have to connect to wifi. I dont want to backup to computer.

If my iPhone is plugged can U see wi fi for backup I want to backup my iPhone. Do I just plug it in and find settings and then iCloud backup?

Wifi is required to back up to icloud.
