Any insights why the new iPhone SE not recognizing 2018 Lexus 350RX in Bluetooth pairing process?

Have you gone into the Lexus to start the pairing process? With most cars the car system looks for the Phone, not the other way around. See this link, but also check the user manual for your Lexus to see how it pairs on the Lexus side --> How to connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your car - Apple Support

Thanks for quick response! Unfortunately, but I had already gone thru the pairing process on the Lexus which is pretty straight forward. I had my old iPhone linked to the car until today when I wanted to pair my new phone. Actually, as I try to trouble shoot, I’m seeing that my SE phone also is NOT recognizing other Apple devices like my iPad, nor my husband’s iPhone. My phone is on a perpetual “spin” on the Bluetooth Devices...Any thoughts?
