why a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen every time I change the volume?

Hello,

Everytime I adjust the volume, a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen, I have searched everywhere, can't find anything like that, please help

it was touch bar zoom; I went to system preferences > accessibility > & unchecked "enable touch bar zoom"
