Are you able to login to this app when you are on a WiFi Network OR does this happen on Cellular AND on WiFI?
If you are able to connect on WiFI BUT not on Cellular then check your settings in Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Scroll Down and turn the Switch next to the App name to ON.
If you cannot connect on WiFI and also cannot connect on Cellular then check to see whether you have Screen Time Restrictions set for the app.
