where are my old photos back up
Hi how can I access my iCloud photos I've backed up in the past with my old devices

Where were they backed up? IF on iCloud then you will not find old backups on iCloud. iCloud maintains about 2 to 3 most recent backups and overwrites the older ones. IF you had created backups on your computer then you can restore your device(s) from those backups.
