Ios 13.4.1 issue

After the latest ios update, i cant hear callers and vice versa, sometimes it function but most of the time its not

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

I have the same problem with both my personal and corporate iPhones. I updated both to iOS 13.4.1 — In addition to this my batteries are draining like crazy! I never had that issue before.
