i was going to sell my iPhone 7 Plus, and a man lied to me. He asked me to see if his icloud will work on my iPhone, so I logged in to his iCloud, but he changed the password... now I can not log out. Is there a way to log out of his ICloud if I know the Apple ID that I used on my phone before he did this thing ?

If you do not have the Apple ID and/or Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless they share the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
But I still have it in “my devices” in the settings. But the Apple ID is not mine and that man says that I have to pay him, so that I’ll get the password
