New iPad magic keyboard with swollen key cap?
Is it normal or considered within tolerances to have a swollen key cap? My delete key is bumpy and swollen out of the box.

Being a physical defect, out of the box, your obvious avenue is to put it back in the box - and return it to the retailer from whom it was purchased for a replacement.
