I really need help

something is wrong with my sound ! When I call people, it answers but I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me. FaceTiming people doesn’t work, it’ll say connecting if they answer but then will say call failed ☹️. Siri doesn’t work ! When I hold the button down , she pops up but the little lines that represent you talking disappears & it’s just the colorful circle. I can’t record & hear. When I record a video my audio is out & the speaker option is an option

If you have distorted Sound issue on your iPhone --> If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad

If you only hear through speaker phone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
If the other person is not able to listen to you then please click this--> If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't ...
If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
