Indoor walk record inaccurate

When I finished the walk iWatch showed active calories - 137 and distance - 1.6km. But in a little while these values are shown as reduced to 65 and 0.75 respectively.

Apple Workout Discrepancies If I go for a walk in my neighborhood and walk 2 miles. I burn X number of calories. However if I record an outdoor walk on my Apple Watch and walk the same 2 miles, I burn way more calories. Why the discrepancy? Thank you

Calibration of workout Why does the calorie burnt between two watches differ when me and my friend walk equal distance. Infact at times even if I walk more distance calories burnt is less then my friend who walks lesser distance.

IWatch Inaccurate Exercise recording I routinely have my Exercise App undercount the distance of outdoor walks and activities. My Resting pulse is low and I generally am walking 5-10 minutes before I get any credits for my walk or move calculators. My husbands I Watch always gives him full # of minutes and move calculus AND we are walking together, same distance same time. Reset and Recalibrations do not alter this measurement. Any ideas on how to fix this?? DarlKas

Thanks for the immediate response. Before I re-pair.... this happens not all the time, once in a few days. I have been doing 3 to 4 “Covid” indoor walks daily of about 15min, did 4 times today, got cheated out of the statistics only one time.

Try unpairing and re-pairing the watch and setup as new.
