iPad Trade In

Has anyone done Apple Trade In for iPad? I have an iPad Air and would like to trade it in for the new(ish) iPad Pro. My current iPad in in perfact condition and I do know there will be a bit that won't be covered. Does anyone know a. weather or not I could trade in an iPad Air for and iPad pro and b. about how much my iPad would be worth. It's unlocked, all button work well, no shattered, and still works at a decent speed although I have noticed it getting a little slower. I'va had it for 2 1/2 years.

You may be disappointed at the value that may be offered via the Apple Trade-in programme. If your iPad is in good condition, you may get far better monetary value by selling privately.

Before you sell or trade your iPad, be sure to follow this procedure - and it both wipes you data and prepares the iPad for re-use; critically, the procedure disables the Activation Lock, which will otherwise inhibit use by a new owner:

Additionally, Apple may use a third party company for this, so make sure you take pics of it before mailing it and insure it for its full value just in case.
