Update

I have an iPhone 7 and can’t update it?? Just cleared it so I’ve loads of memory and it is plugged in and connected to the WiFi but it just doesn’t load??

iPhone 6, iOS 11

Do you have a 7 or a 6 (I read "iPhone 6, iOS 11")??
