Update on itunes, lost my enitre libary

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're having some trouble with iTunes since an update attempt did not go as planned. I'm happy to help!

If the iTunes software is not on your computer where you think it should be, try using your computer's search function to locate it. If it's not on the computer you can download it from the Microsoft Store, or from the iTunes website here: iTunes - Apple.

If the content of your iTunes library is missing, not the software, check to see if you've inadvertently changed to a new/different library: Use multiple iTunes libraries on PC - Apple Support.

If the issue isn't another library, you can redownload past purchases using Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support. If you created a backup of your iTunes library, you can also restore that to get back other content you may have imported from CDs, or other sources: Back up and restore your iTunes library on your PC - Apple Support. Otherwise, you can re-import the content from its original source:
