Do you mean to use while your battery is being replaced or are you asking if instead of replacing the battery do you just get a replacement phone?

Once Apple Stores open up again and you schedule a battery replacement, they replace the battery in your existing phone (assuming there is no physical damage to the phone) while you wait.
