How to fix weirdly wide 'Process Name' label in Activity Monitor

Hi everyone,

I've noticed with Activity Monitor the 'Process Name' label is weirdly wide. The screenshot gives a hint as to how wide it is.

I've tried to drag it smaller to a normal size again. But I can't make it narrow again. The other labels seem fine.

Is there a way to reset the preferences or something like that to refresh Activity Monitor back to normal?

Thanks!

I was trying to do that in a smaller window to no avail. Even with the sizing crosshairs, it would scroll sideways without seeming to shrink the width.

But I thought to try that in fullscreen mode.

That worked for some reason.

Place your cursor on the vertical line just to the left of "Sent Bytes" until it turns into a large sizing crosshairs. Now, drag the column to your left to display the columns on the right.
