iPhone shortcut for “auto-lock” setting

Is it possible to create a shortcut on iPhone which changes the "Auto-Lock" setting to "Never"? I basically have a hobby of cooking verities of stuff watching YouTube videos. So while watching videos, I keep the auto lock setting to NEVER so I can cook simultaneously, After cooking is over I revert the setting to 30 seconds.


Now since this switching is too frequent, I was wondering if there is an option to create a shortcut for changing auto lock setting. Pls let me know, and thank you in advance.

The closest Shortcuts can manage is to open Safari's Settings pane for you so that you then tap "Clear History and Data":
