iTunes Match Library

I have iTunes match library, and when I have an opportunity, I would buy music from iTunes and would remove download to avoid taking up memory on my iPhone. This function is no longer allowing me to do that. Why?

Hmm. Works here. Long press on a track in the library gives me a menu, one of the options is remove, and from that I get the choice to Remove Download or Delete from Library.
