Why my iPad mini 4 can no longer split screen

Are you certain that the applications you are using support multitasking? Is multitasking disabled in Settings?

I talked to a representative from Apple support and found out that the zoom app is a third party app and is Preventing zoom app to split screen with Apple’s OIS system.
