My 13" 2017 MacBook Pro Touchbar top strip display looks dim, faded, and almost inky looking. I can use it but i cannot see anythig. Anybody know how to fix the Touch Bar poor resolution problems ? The icons work if you can see them.

I have done all off those steps and still have the same issues
