Can't Export PDF in Keynote

Having issues exporting a PDF (any quality) in Keynote. We're using shared files in a team and no-one else has this issue. I deleted Keynote and reinstalled, and it corrected the issue temporarily. Now it seems to have some back somehow, even though I have made no changes in preferences / settings etc.

Could this be something to do with iCloud?

*side note - If I create the original file, I can export no problem. It's only when others have worked on it and resaved, that I can't export. Really giving me a headache!

Thanks in advance.

Hello AndycHK,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to export a file from Keynote, when the file is saved by another user upon using iCloud Drive.

Managing and completing your daily tasks is important and I'll be happy to help.

To help troubleshoot this behavior, I recommend to temporarily turn off the feature of iCloud Drive and to restart the Mac: Log out, sleep, restart, or shut down your Mac From there, please turn iCloud Drive back on again and test to see, if you can export the files after the document has been saved by another user. If needed, to access iCloud Drive, please follow the section in this article that says, "On your Mac" for the appropriate steps: Set up iCloud Drive

Please let me know if that helps.

Kind regards.
